Landing your first Teacher Job!

My name is Jennifer Gilbert and I am currently a second grade teacher at Manchester Township Elementary School.
I landed my first teaching job by spending a year substituting and not giving up. I landed my first teaching job because I possess these qualities, I am dedicated and hard working. Being flexible is also so important when teaching. Finding a teaching job can be hard, but here is some advice to make it easier stick with it, put in your time substituting because it’s great experience.
